Vince Lupe, Dir of Sales, Dealer Partners
I would like to personally thank you for being a loyal Hikvision Dealer Partner. At Hikvision we take the word “partner” very seriously, and we’re always looking for ways to make this program better and stronger by developing high value benefits for our tiered program.  Please reach out to me with any questions or suggestions for OUR partner program. Without you there is no partnership.

As we approach ISC West, the largest security event of the year, I’m looking forward to meeting with many of you in person. We’re introducing some exciting new products in Las Vegas, and you’ll also get a chance to check out future technologies —including unmanned drone technology, access control, machine vision, and more—at the Hikvision booth (#18037).

There are some blogging sites out there trying to spread false accusations and misrepresent facts. This is how they make money. These nefarious efforts exist to pursue certain political, personal and financial agendas. Hikvision's goal is to provide you, our most valued partners, with the actual facts. Our goal is to always be transparent.

Also, please read this important interview with Jeffrey He, President, Hikvision North America. Read article >

In this interview, Jeffrey He addresses issues such as the Genetec leader’s failed agenda, cybersecurity realities, and Hikvision’s technology strategy.

I am sending personal letters to all of you explaining Hikvision’s record and philosophy toward cybersecurity; if you have not received the letter already, please be on the lookout. As Jeffrey said in his interview, "The cyber threat is real for all manufacturers, including Hikvision. At Hikvision we always stand up and take responsibility and we always will. While some do a lot of talking, we’re taking action every day to make Hikvision products as secure as possible. Constant improvement is built into our product development processes.” Hikvision is a $4 billion company, with 20 percent worldwide market share, ensuring cybersecurity is a top priority.

We appreciate your loyalty and commitment to Hikvision. Please feel free to share this information with your customers.  Also, we would be happy to join a meeting with you and your customers to alleviate any concerns.
