The White House on May 29 released a statement regarding trade with China. Details on potential restrictions and tariffs on goods produced in China will be released in the next several weeks.

Hikvision is pleased that discussions between the U.S. and China are ongoing. We are optimistic that issues will be resolved in a way that supports the longstanding, mutually beneficial economic and diplomatic ties between China and North America.

In the meantime, rest assured that Hikvision is monitoring developments daily, and is working closely with industry peers and security trade organizations to understand the potential impact on the industry as a whole, and Hikvision specifically, and to take positive action on our behalf.
