Hikvision USA Inc. (“Hikvision”) Solar Campaign Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS HIKVISION SOLAR CAMPAIGN PRIZE GIVEAWAY (“CAMPAIGN”). BY ENTERING THIS CAMPAIGN, PARTICIPANTS ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY, AT HIKVISION’S DISCRETION, RESULT IN DISCQUALIFICATION. ALL DECISIONS OF HIKVISION REGARDING THIS CAMPAIGN ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.

1. Organizer. The Organizer of the Campaign is Hikvision USA Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of California with its business address at 18639 Railroad Street, City of Industry, CA 91748.

2. Eligibility. The Campaign is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are employed by a dealer of security products OR who are employed by a potential purchaser or Hikvision products, AND are the legal age of majority in their state or country of residence prior to the date of entry (“Participant”). Employees of Hikvision and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Claim a Prize. To claim one of the following Hikvision prizes (“Prizes”) in connection with the Campaign, go to the landing page residing on Hikvision’s company website, register for the 11/02/2023 GoToWebinar event and fully attend and complete the Webinar program (“Minimum Requirements”).

1) All Participants who satisfy the Minimum Requirements (“Eligible Participants”) have an opportunity to win the following Prize:

2) Participants who are employed by a dealer of security products who satisfy the Minimum Requirements (“Eligible Dealer Participants”) have an opportunity to win the following Prize:

• • • • Exclusive Dealer Promo, which provides 50% price discount through Paid Evaluation Application for one (1) of the following eligible products:

A total of two (2) winners will be selected among the Eligible Participants through random computer selection for the Hikvision Solar-Power Kit. And a total of five (5) winners will be selected among the Eligible Dealer Participants through random computer selection for the Exclusive Dealer Promo. The random computer selection will be conducted within 30 days from the completion of the 11/02/2023 GoToWebinar event.

Hikvision is not responsible for any inability to access the Campaign or claim a Gift due to difficulty in accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems.

4. Prizes.

1) For the $2,000 MSRP Hikvision Solar-Power Kit

Within fifteen (15) business days upon completion of the random computer selection, an email notification will be sent from Events.USA@hikvision.com to the selected winners informing the availability of Prize to be claimed and seeking confirmation on the name, mailing address, and telephone number (“Contact Details”) for receiving the claimed Prize. Within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the email (“Respond Period”), the selected winners shall respond to the email to confirm his/her Contact Details. Selected winners are solely responsible for the correctness and completeness of their Contact Details. If the selected winners fail to respond to the email within the Respond Period or provides incorrect or incomplete Contact Details, the delivery of the claimed Prize may be impossible. In such case, the claimed Prize shall remain at the disposal of Hikvision.

Claimed Prize will be sent to the selected winners within thirty (30) business days upon receipt of confirmation on the Contact Details, at the expense of Hikvision.

2) For the Exclusive Dealer Promo 

Within fifteen (15) business days upon completion of the random computer selection, an email notification will be sent from Events.USA@hikvision.com to the selected winners informing the availability of Prize to be claimed and instruction on how to contact Hikvision local sales representatives and fill out the Paid Evaluation Form for claiming the Prize. Within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the email (“Respond Period”), the selected winners shall respond to the email and follow the provided instructions. Selected winners are solely responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided in the Paid Evaluation Form. If the selected winners fail to respond to the email within the Respond Period or provides incorrect or incomplete information in the Paid Evaluation Form, the provision of the claimed Prize may be impossible. In such case, the claimed Prize shall remain at the disposal of Hikvision.

THE PRIZE IS NOT FOR RESALE, HAS NO CASH VALUE, AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

EACH PRIZE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT FURTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HIKVISION HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRIZE.

5. Personal Information. All information submitted in connection with this Campaign (“Personal Information”) will be processed in order to conduct the Campaign, including for confirming the Participant’s eligibility, sending the email, and delivering the claimed Gift.
   
   Personal Information may also be used to send you electronic communications in order to inform you about Hikvision’s products and services, unless you choose to opt out of receiving any further electronic communications from Hikvision at any time during or after the Campaign.

Providing Personal Information is voluntary, but it is necessary to conduct the Campaign. All Personal Information will be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and Hikvision’s North America Privacy Policy. By participating in the Campaign, Participants hereby agree to Hikvision’s collection and usage of their Personal Information and acknowledge that they have read and accept Hikvision’s North America Privacy Policy. 

6. Miscellaneous. This Solar Campaign Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. By entering in this Campaign, each Participant agrees that Hikvision, and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Campaign (“Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize or participation in the Campaign, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other third party platform. Participants are providing their information to Hikvision and not to any other party.

The final interpretation of this Hikvision Solar Campaign Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions shall be the responsibility of Hikvision.
